You can install the
PPPoE client similarly to any other dial-up
networking connection. To create a PPPoE client
connection, follow these steps:
1. In Control Panel, if your screen does not look
like the picture below, choose Switch to Classic
View. Then double-click Network Connections.

Double-click Create a New Connection.

When the Network Connection Wizard starts, click
Next.

Select Internet Connection as the Connection
Type, and then click Next.

Select Set up my connection manually and Click
Next

Select Broadband Connection as the Internet
Connection, and then click Next.

In the Service Name box, enter ITC, and then
click Next.

Enter username, then enter your password and
confirm the password and Click Next. Make sure
your username and password are entered in all
lowercase letters with no spaces

Click Finish to complete the wizard.
