	The NOC aims to manage and operate ITC network and services effectively and efficiently based on the telecom best practices in order to provide the best quality of service as per the customers and management expectations.
	The NOC acts as the nerve center of the operations in which proven operations processes an procedures, management / support systems, manpower, and physical facilities are properly developed and in place.
	The NOC operates on a 24x7 basis and is staffed by highly trained and experienced professionals.

Performance assurance—fault capture and correction

Configuration initiation and management

Network security assurance

Provisioning of customer service orders

Logging of trouble tickets and tracking resolution

Ensuring security and integrity of the service network and customer data
