Over 30 years in business holding various leading positions and more than 20 years of experience since he joined Mawarid Group.

Since 2002 he was the Chief Operations Officer for Orbit Communications Company.

Played a role in the recent negotiations that led to the successful merger between Orbit and Showtime in July 2009.

Over 25 years experience in Finance, Tax and Banking in the USA, UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Prior to his current position at ITC, he was Senior Manager, Global Financial Services Middle East and Africa for Lucent Technologies/AT&T Saudi Arabia and UAE. A Treasury Manager and Financial Analyst for Apache Corporation, an Oil and Gas company in Denver Colorado, USA.

Emad Sukker

Within ITC, mainly responsible for managing vendor/supplier relations, contracting, procurement, and logistics.

12 Years of Industry Experience with background in Accounting from Yarmouk University, Jordan.

Previously held senior positions in Fastlink, Xpress, and VTEL (Jordan), Paltel and Jawal (Palestine), MTN (Sudan).

Within ITC, responsible for developing / implementation of technology and infrastructure strategies with continuous assessment of new technology trends.

20 Years of Industry Experience with background in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Superieure d’Electricite, France.
 
Previously held senior positions in Comium and LibanCell (Lebanon) and Sema Group (France).

Amer is a business executive with over 20 years of experience including 17 years in the Telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining us, Amer was Chief Executive Officer of VTEL Jordan. Earlier, he held senior roles with Nextel Communications and Logical Information Systems in the U.S.

 Amer also provided consulting services for large U.S. Telecom operators such as Verizon, MCI, and Nextel.

Amer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University.

19 years of experience in areas of business development, project management, general management of telecom services enriched by engagement with world-class international companies during his career such as Hughes, Northrup Grumman, White Westinghouse, General Dynamics, Advanced Electronics, Al-Hejailan Group, and Orbit Communications Company where he was in charge of launching Internet through satellite (SATNET) services in the Middle East region.

Ahmed Al-Anqari 

Vice President - Engineering

Joined ITC on May 01, 2006, have worked in various capacities and since May 2009 He appointed as the “Vice President Engineering”

Holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University in the year 1996.
Over +13 years in Telecom Industry and have worked in various capacities with Saudi Telecom, SCECO & Ebttikar Technologies.

Accomplished various miles stones while with Integrated Telecom, Saudi Telecom and SCECO.
 

Ahmad joined ITC on 1st June 2010 with 16 years of ICT industry experience.

 Prior to joining ITC, Ahmad was the Telecom and e-Business Consulting Director at Devoteam Middle East.

Ahmad main responsibilities in Devoteam focused on providing GCC based customers (regulators and operators) with management consulting services focusing on telecom and market strategies. Prior to that,

Ahmad focus was in the business and technical domains serving various operators in Southern Europe and South East Asia. Ahmad holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Iowa, USA.

Mr. Marini brings with him 11 years of technical, marketing and sales expertise. He was formerly Wholesale Vice President at Jordan Telecom Group in Jordan.

He held positions such as Sales Director at the International Carrier Sales in France Telecom, UK Sales Manager, Purchasing Manager, Strategic Account Manager in London for six years.

Earlier in Paris, he worked at Lucent Technologies (Alcatel/Lucent) designing Carrier Class DLS solutions and at Orange business services rolling-out complex solution for Strategic Corporate clients.

Mr. Marini graduated from the Institute National des Telecommunications and holds a MSc in Telecommunication & IS engineering, in Business Management from University (Paris), and has attended various leadership and entrepreneurship business programs at Cranfield School of Management (UK) and EM Lyon Business School (France).

Previously held management positions in Leo Burnett, Momentum, and Promoseven (Bahrain and KSA). Worked with regional and global brands like STC, Batelco, Coke, and F1.

17 years of regional experience in telecom industry with engineering degree from Jordan university.
